I was told literally 6 black olives for a footlong or I had to pay extra and the same with other toppings and got charged almost 27 dollars for 2 sandwiches. On top of the staff being rude as all heck. They said its because the prices of food went way up.....yeah, but they charge almost 3 times what it used to cost already. I will never go to another subway again especially the one in herrin illinois. Nice job driving away customers.

So if all I want is olives on my sandwich, I can't get extra? When I asked why, the nice young lady behind the counter replied "my manager said so." If I can't have olives on my $15 sandwich, I'll go elsewhere. And we did. Bad business on a franchise that already refuses to accept coupons.
