We did the reporting, and even though we sent all of the info they CLOSED IT WITHOUT RETURNING OUR MONEY. In store can't help apparently, and their App Customer Service has been ATROCIOUS. Also, the local owners said the Holiday Pies were available at ALL their locations on Nov 7th. Our location has consistently said they haven't gotten them yet and won't until later. What's up with that? We have frequented McDonalds, but at this point it's not worth the hassle.
