  This is pathetic I've never seen anything like this in my life it takes 3 hours for a delivery pizza from Domino's just pathetic I've never seen anything like this in my life I also heard from somebody on New Year's Eve it's like 4 hours I've never seen anything like this again in my life You guys need to fix this this is a major problem All the sudden after 7 years of living in this town it's going downhill like this come on now pathetic

  The only fast food I order for the best price, Domino's is the only place I go for pizza the quality is great and nobody deserves a raise more then these hard working people, they listen and focus on quality I'm never disappointed everyone should go here

  So the android app has something called the 'tracker' that is supposed to update and tell you when your order is received by your local Dominos, when it is assembled, when it's in the oven, when it's quality checked, and (if carry out), when it's ready. It also gives you an ETA based on existing orders the restaurant has pending. This system has been very accurate in the past. Today, however, after being told my order would be ready in 18 minutes, I arrived at the drive thru to learn it would be an additional 30 minutes. I was further told that the tracker is essentially a Dominos corporate fiction and that the milestones of 'being assembled', 'in the oven', etc. have no basis in reality. Alright, since I have this 30 minute wait, can I get a complimentary delivery rather than have to wait (or leave and come back), as none of this is my fault or error. Stunningly, it was told, "No". This is the same Dominos corporation I used to work for while I was in college that would give you your order for free, merely for the delivery being late. Now they won't even deliver it for free when *they* make a mistake. Keep in mind, I paid for the food and did not expect a discount. I just asked for delivery to my house vs carryout so there would not be the inconvenience of waiting *due to their issue*. Not the same customer focused company it used to be, I guess.

  With our recent pick up at window orders the pizza has been fresh and hot. Customer service is always friendly. Definitely will be ordering again. Perhaps the best location around!

  Love love love our local Herrin Domino's! Yea sometimes things get mixed up but it's few and far between. The food is always great!
