    Waited over 20 minutes for my food, the jalapeño poppers were undercooked, and they made by sandwich wrong.

    Met with a friend for lunch. I had the deep fried turkey club. It was delicious. The sub bread was soft, turkey was moist, just the right amount of mayo/lettuce/tomato. Restaurant was very clean and numerous times I saw employees wiping down tables as patrons left the store. Employees were friendly. By far one of the best Arby's location in So. Illinois

    They were out of Sauerkraut, so opted for roast beef. Should have gotten the double meat. However, everything was hot and tasty. Someone came around offering to take trash, get items, etc. Very friendly employees. Clean

    The arbys roast beef always great. The new steak bites are disgusting. I don't recommend them. Everything else awesome. Service was awesome
