  The incomplete order delivery, coupled with the proposed resolution of double-charging for the item and assigning blame to the delivery driver, was deemed unacceptable. This lack of professionalism and accountability significantly contributes to customers' reluctance to engage in in-person interactions. We strongly advise against utilizing this particular location.

  This location was great when they first opened, but things have gone completely downhill. I would say the last 3-4 months we’ve noticed a significant drop in the food quality and service at this specific location. We’ve noticed that now, when you pull up to the drive thru window, they’ll either 1) ask you to pull around to the parking lot and wait for your order or 2) ask you to reverse your car, so their drive thru time clock will stop. One time we went through the drive thru to pick up a mobile order that had been placed 10 minutes prior. They asked us pull around to the parking lot, where we waited for over 25 minutes before they finally brought out our order! Several customers went in, placed orders and came out with their food, while we were still waiting for our order to be brought out. Which all we ordered was a few tacos and chalupas, the whole order was not even 10 items total. Not sure why it needed to take that long. Then several other times, we get up to the window and they’ll just ask us to reverse our car and sit there until they tell us to pull back up. For orders that were placed before we got there. Maybe if they could get the orders done in a timely manner, they wouldn’t have to try to cheat the drive thru timers. And after all the time we waited, we received cold/stale tasting food with barely any meat in the tacos. And they gave us the wrong sauces. I would avoid this location.

  UPDATE: 1-22-25 Just stopped in again, maybe my 5th time since opeining; customer service is still great. Fast, friendly, and they're actually focused on work/ my food. You know, the stuff you ingest that you pay for. Definitely returning. New location! Currently in drive thru waiting for food. Customer service seems friendly and polite. Let's see how long this lasts. Taste test first.
