And then when you do get your food its always old. I do get a refund in the items but still crazy to half wait just to throw food away. Maybe new management to get them kids working up there

I'm assuming there are different crews or something like that because we will get great, fast, consistent service on one day, then wait literally 15 minutes for a biscuit the next. And it will still be the wrong order! It seems that it's specifically a certain morning crew (?). I don't really know. I feel bad because this is a good McDonalds but you guys have got to figure out who is screwing things up in the morning. This is probably the 7th time this has happened which is why I am finally leaving a review. I've been late to work several times (when I had at least 15 minutes to spare) because of the morning crew.
