We waited for five minutes or better and then they started walking around and not paying any attention to us finally one employee put on a pair of gloves and started taking our orders and as I progressed with my order, a lady helped me and then the guy helped my wife. I then paid for it and the woman never did go back to help my wife so the guy had to do all the work and my sandwich was so mangled. I couldn’t even eat most of it. I had to pick the meatballs out of it and throw the rest of it away. It was a disaster.

I watched the young lady put my order on the table and there was 2 head of me. I'm waiting for awhile now and noticed she was taking other orders coming in and skipping my order. A lady walked in stated "I just placed my order I will wait" The subway worker asked what her name was and pulled her order and began filling it. I asked her why does she keep skipping my order and she said I will do yours next (Um ma'am you should have been finished my order) When I tried talking to her she completely ignored me wouldn't say anything to me. I asked for a manger again not one person would say anything to me. I recorded it and will make a formal complaint.
