  This place literally Robs people!! Went for a sausage with cheese no egg meal and they charged me almost $12 when the range of price in whole Illinois is between $5 - $7. McDonald’s Corporation should pay attention to it.

  This is NOT a full fries - this is clearly underfilled. I paid for a full size fries and received a box that isn’t even close to being full. Anyone can see that this is not what customers are paying for. This is NOT the first time this happens at this location. It honestly feels like staff take advantage of customers who are in a rush and don’t have time to check their order. I was picking up my order quickly (taxi waiting, low battery, child in the car), trusted the staff - and got this. This is dishonest and unacceptable. If you charge for a full portion - give a full portion. I will not be coming back. Update: I was asked to submit this issue through another form, which feels unnecessary. I’ve already shared my experience here, including a photo. The quality of the fries was unacceptable and clearly below standard. Situations like this should be handled without requiring extra steps from the customer. I expect this to be addressed properly at the store level, without requiring any further action from me.

  They”re skimping on everything refills are not free anymore, there’s no ketchup to help yourself you have to ask the counter and wait in line to ask for some ketchup. Even the drinks you can’t help yourself with.
