- TETn Erick2 days ago1.02/26 at approximately 9:30pm, I went in for a simple meal and came out with the worst experience possible. Not only did I receive a RAW piece of chicken while I was sitting in their lobby about to eat, but when asking for a refund for my entire order the Miss hands me $2 and tells me to head out my way. Not a single person took accountability and just apologized. Instead they started talking in Spanish thinking I don't understand. I hope this store gets some true leadership. No matter the time, I should be getting the same service and quality of food I'd be getting if I were to go early at an earlier time of the day. I wish I can rank 0 stars.

Then asked for another coaster for the drinks and was told that they charge for them and charge for the bag with handles that was originally packed into and emptied in front of me . Then asked if I neemore bags and known they half not suppled me with the necessary containments in the first place To carry my drinks and food 4 city blocks to Irving Park Rd and Mobile made it home with two of my 7 drinks cause of bags riping hads 2 Big Mac meals two daily daily double meals one double cheeseburger meal and one McFlurry
