  Absolutely terrible service experience with this location. I was hosting a party and placed a large online order for delivery, but was given someone else’s order. They partner with Door Dash for all their delivery orders and blamed the driver for the mix up; however, they could not resend the food and my only options were to come in and pick up the food or receive a refund from the general manager at a later time. After a few days of calling and trying to catch the GM to process my refund (which doesn’t make sense and if that’s a true BWW policy, seems like a major gap in process) I find out that the he is on leave and won’t be available for another 2 weeks. At this point, this entire situation feels very sketchy so I just opt to drive to the store and have them remake my order. I placed the order at 2:04PM to be ready for 5:30PM pick up. When I get to the store at 5:35PM, the cashier informed me that they were still making it and it’s not ready. I’m waiting for ~20 min and ask for a status update just to find out that they have not even started my food order yet. A food order, that was called in at 2:00, supposed to be ready at 5:30, wasn’t even being made until 6:00. It wasn’t until a new employee (great guy- shoutout to Deangelo) came in for his shift at 6:00PM and completed my order within 10 minutes. The lady at the register (same person who I spoke with on the phone to submit the order) didn’t care at all. She was rude, lied to me by telling me that they were wrapping up my order when I came in at 5:35 and then blamed the dinner rush on the wait time when I asked about the status. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but my experience with this place was so horrible that I needed to share.

  This has got to be the worst bdubs ever. They are never on time with their orders. They never have ranch. And the cashier is always rude when coming in to pick up an order. And this is possibly the 4th time I’ve had my order delayed for over an hour after the “pick up” time was set Ridiculous customer service

  Poor customer service and overpriced. They will not give you napkins or a cup plus the wait time is very long. Cheap service but high prices!

  I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and a burger with no pickles no tomatoes the chicken is dry and the burger has pickels and tomatoes on it. The lady at register was very and dry and extremely careless...
