  Customer service is terrible the employee name is Crystal, she has an attitude always making her stupid face when I’m ready to pick up my order …and I just stopped ordering in this place because she told me that if I wanted to order to go inside the lobby I was a everyday customer for 20years and spent 40 dollars mostly every day so I prefer to go to Homewood DD they have better service and is not the same owner.

  They forgot the cream cheese on my bagel and it's burnt😑. Burnt on the outside and barely toasted in the inside. Literally disgusting. Didn't think I would have to check for that in the drive through. First time ordering here not really a Dunkin/breakfast person and it's going to stay that way. Waste of money don't order here. 1/10/26 Literally don't go here I decided to try it again and just order a dozen and a half donuts through the mobile app placed at 8:26. I got there at 9:00 and they said they never received my order. I had to go in find out where the transaction history was because they didn't know where it was and proved that it charged my card and I did order it. Not sure what's going on here but it gets to a point

  The drive through cashier is very rude and usually has a attitude every day, perhaps she isn't a morning person and should make drinks / food and not greet your customers because she will cause people like myself to go to another location!! Didn't see her name but she works during the 7am time that I come through the line. Bring the other cashier back she was more professional and manerable in the AM.

  People are paying $4 a cup of coffee. Stop reheating it and make a fresh pot at 9 p.m. reg AND decaf. We can tell. Stop it.
