Today, I requested a simple substitution: a round egg instead of the folded egg on my bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit, because the folded eggs are cooked on plastic (YUCK). I was told they couldn’t do that, even if I was willing to pay an upcharge. I’m sorry, but it’s ridiculous that such a simple request can’t be accommodated. I just want a real egg on my sandwich. Unfortunately, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Again, the staff has been great over the years. Thank You.
