Didn't print me a receipt. Got to the register and the so called manager needed me to repeat my order three times only to tell me I never paid for it. So I opened my bank account and showed they charged me. Only for her to say "it's not my fault the machine wasn't working". Then after making me feel like I was the idiot for complaining about it never gave me a drink cup, turned around and told someone else to give me a cup... I asked to speak to a manager. Cause I felt seriously offended as of this point. She says "I am the manager". Good work mcdonalds customer service is now worse than your ingredients!!! If I could score this store with a zero I would.
