- JWJean WhiteApr 4, 20261.0My husband‘s first time at Dunkin. He was not impressed with the sandwich you couldn’t even chew. The tater tot things left a nasty taste in your mouth. Awful! Don’t understand why everybody raves about Dunkin.
- HMHeather MooreMar 20, 20261.0Who in the right mind would agree of putting the manager as manager, she can’t even understand a simple order or speak proper English to understand what she is saying. She shouldn’t be taking orders to begin with. I’ve been there countless times over the past few months and my order is always wrong/saying my order 3+ times because she can’t understand and I can’t understand what she is saying trying to multitask making all those drinks. Please put someone else to take orders and not that heavy accent lady.
- JCJesii ChaviraMar 3, 20261.0unfortunately we only have this horrendous place in Harvard to go to for good donuts, cant believe they are able to put someone like the manager in the position she is at when she doesn't even know how to do her Job. 1 Super Rude, 2 She cant prioritize you as a costumer to take order or answer a simple question. NOT PROFFESIONAL at all. This person (The Manager " Indian Girl") doesn't know how to deal with customers. She doesn't pay attention when taking an order, use to come here all the time with my family and would spent approximate of $200 a week and still wasn't enough for us to get a good service. and then she got mad because I pointed out how unprofessional she is, she would let me talk to my self and be taking other Orders while I was talking to her and she wouldn't even say if I could give her a moment... I've been working retail customer care for over 10yrs and I would never treat people ( Customers ) the way this manager Treated me.. Please choose better.. DONT GET YOUR COFFEE MATCHAS DONUTS here.. try a better place
