Today after a busy day shopping for Christmas/Christmas dinner I thought I'd stop by Wendy's to take home chilli for a quick dinner so I wouldn't have to go in and cook after walking all day. Unfortunately, when I opened the chili when returning home THIS is all that was in BOTH containers. ☹️ I called Wendy's and spoke with Michelle (manager of Wendy's) and explained I was very disappointed. And in THIS economy to get only HALF of what you paid for is certainly not a way to grow your business. Michelle was very accommodating and explained she would replace the chili the next time I was in town. Knowing she can't always control how her employees function, she might want to express to her staff that it's important to at least give people what they paid for. She was very nice, and I will again try Wendy's again at some point.

night shift if awful we came around 11 had a 15 minute wait just for the food to be wrong and cold, my jr Chicken that I ordered for my pregnant friend who is allergic to American cheese and they put cheese on it, our fries were cold and my bacon fries had no liquid cheese and when we had them fix it we were told to wait again and we watched the lady walk the food to the kitchen and not the trash, mind you it's still ILLEGAL to take food back over the counter on the count of COVID laws still being in place, but she took the food back and microwaved it and gave it back to us after 15-20 minutes, we go back through the drive through to fix it and because it was "fixed" "twice" which it was not, that we would have to pay full price again, not to mention she gave us food back that she touched with her bare hands and refused to give us a fork for my bacon fries, we placed our order at 11:16 and left after 11:50 because the food was wrong and made us wait that long, we come here frequently and day shift is great so I am incredibly disappointed in our service and will not be returning.
