  My fiancé went there to get something for lunch and her sugars were low and the lady at the drive-through literally had an attitude with her and kept saying hold on hold on. hold on a minute and literally wouldn’t take her order and said well if you’re having trouble why don’t you just go eat somewhere else and had a really bad attitude with her when she has diabetes and she needs something to eat so she could feel better so her sugars were leveled out and they wouldn’t even give her anything to Eat.

  I don't know what cook they have there but I went twice in a roll and ordered 2 things with no beans and seemed to get it wrong Everytime and put the beans on my stuff it's a fast food restaurant unhappy customers isnt a good look

  I went there for lunch this afternoon, right at noon. Ordered inside and it took 45 MINUTES to get my order and when I finally got it I was MISSING ITEMS. The lobby was full of people waiting for food, I saw one woman ask for a refund because she was tired of waiting. My food was TERRIBLE. I don’t expect fine dining from there but my God, I do expect warm, half decent food that doesn’t destroy my stomach. The man up front was either new or high because he did not know what in the world was going on and was SO SLOW. Do better Taco Bell, food cost way too much to have crappy service AND food.

  I have no star rating for food, service or atmosphere this day I visited 2 different taco bells looking to purchase a caramel empinada Neither store had this item, I was super excited when I saw the commercial saying they brought it back but I guess it wasn't in the cards for me to catch it before it was gone again.

  We ordered midnight Baja blast. We were not told until we got to windows when they handed us different drinks that they don't have that. I said they could have told us at the drive-thru speaker, and I was told no need to be rude. Rude is replacing an order with another without consulting us and assuming we want that instead. And expecting us to be happy about it.. I stayed polite... but I will be contacting the district office..
