The lobby was full of people waiting for food, I saw one woman ask for a refund because she was tired of waiting. My food was TERRIBLE. I don’t expect fine dining from there but my God, I do expect warm, half decent food that doesn’t destroy my stomach. The man up front was either new or high because he did not know what in the world was going on and was SO SLOW. Do better Taco Bell, food cost way too much to have crappy service AND food.

I said they could have told us at the drive-thru speaker, and I was told no need to be rude. Rude is replacing an order with another without consulting us and assuming we want that instead. And expecting us to be happy about it.. I stayed polite... but I will be contacting the district office..
