  Lost my mobile order somehow after waiting 20 minutes for it. I will go back someday ....like when hell freezes over

  Meat quantity is almost non existent. We had to look for the meet in our 5 layer burritos.

  Mike & Irwin are always good for a smile. Only reason 4 stars is it was just after a storm & supply delivery was off.

  Food takes over an hour to get our whole order. Waited an hour for two meals and had to wait another 30 minutes because they forgot our nacho fries. No sauce provided in the drive thru anytime I’ve been through and asked for some. Food is sub-par compared to other Taco Bell’s in the area. Nacho fries, cinnamon twists, and anything of that kind is always under seasoned. Taco meat is cold and tastes like it’s been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Lettuce is always mushy and has been brown more than once. Service is practically non-existent, you order on a kiosk and a person will set your food on the counter. Took us around 10 minutes trying to flag down an employee when our nacho fries weren’t included with our order, and still had to wait 30 minutes to get them. Not a single apology for the forgotten food. Drive thru feels like they’re trying to rush you to order to still wait 10 minutes for 3 tacos and a drink. Overall, I would recommend driving to another Taco Bell location nearby such as the Taco Bell/KFC in Benton or the two Taco Bell’s in Mt. Vernon.

  The food portions are getting skimpier everytime I go there. Not very satisfied at all especially for the money I spent there as opposed to other fast food restaurants.
