  Decepcionado del servicio en este restaurante. Pedí un ice coffee de caramelo y la bebida me la sirvieron sin caramelo. Prácticamente café helado con leche sin el dulce de caramelo. Lo pedí para mesa y lo despacharon después de que fui a preguntar por la orden que no llegaba. Quien me atendió dijo que no que tenían muchos pedidos y que faltaba personal.

  I had to constantly repeat my order to this employee at the drive-thru window because she clearly was not understanding what i was saying and kept adding things to my order and then when i brought my food home to eat it tasted so disgusting it was horrible the fries tasted like they've been sitting out all day and the chicken nuggets was so hard and disgusting im literally am not happy with this situation at and the wait time was horrible it took forever for the people in the kitchen to bring the food to Drive-Thru window to bring the food to the window and i asked for everything freshly made and it was not it was like it's been sitting out all day under heating lamp now after this you have permanently lost my business im never coming back to this restaurant ever again

  I would leave no star but it won't let you. If and I do mean if you can get someone to the front counter and if yes if again they stay there after they look you in the eyes you may be able to order if they understand you. And if your food is correct you can enjoy your meal. Manager looked straight at me and I wanted to order breakfast but it took so long to get someone to take the order they told me I can't that they have no more breakfast but I looked over at the deapfrier and there were plenty hash browns and they were handing people breakfast through the drive up. And not to mention they clean up without gloves and then go back and serve food. And they do so after handling money at the register. The mice I see go in the back door when the person leaves the door chocked open throwing garbage out, it's questionable were they wind up inside the restaurant. This place is horrible. Employees coming out of bathroom straight to handling food. It's not the same anymore. Wendys across the street I found to be much more clean and food , service is much better.

  This place just opens whenever they want, they don’t open at the times posted, sometimes the drive thru opens at 430 then others 440 or later. Food doesn’t even taste fresh when they first open

  De verdad que primera vez que voy a una tienda de estas y dan tan mal.servicio tanto asi que al sentarme a comer dos empleados me dicen que debo salirme de la tienda porque van a cerrar y tuve que salir y terminar de comer en el carro.
