Something is missing from my mobile order. With people in line behind me I didn’t want to hold everyone up double-checking what I was given at the drive thru. I did take a quick peek but apparently should have gone through it with a fine tooth comb instead. When I try to call the restaurant after getting home, no answer. Tried to call several times and I cannot get anyone to respond. Do I really have to drive all the way back!? Give me my money back for service not rendered then! No wonder the reviews here are garbage.

Absolutely disgusting. We came at 1 AM and the service was AWFUL. The food was even worse. The man in the drive-through screamed into the mic, cut us off multiple times, and sneezed throughout taking our order. Our food came stale and cold, and we immediately felt nauseous after eating. I’ve never left a review before, but this experience was so horrific I felt I had to warn others. First time trying Wendy’s and our last. Do not come here!!!

Rude stuff at Drive Through. Today, 9/11 after a hard day, when trying to buy food for myself and kids, one Hispanic lady yelled at me that I ordered “fruit punch” instead of “HONEST fruit punch” 🤷♀️ You didn’t tell it was HONEST!!!!! She shouted.
Hello, I am your customer, I’m not supposed to know the brands!! If I ordered something you are not sure about, ASK the question! Ruined our whole evening. Avoid this location if you don’t wanna be treated like dogs
