- DPDavid Paredes5 days ago1.0The reviews make sense. The drive thru was so slow and they took a bit to even acknowledge me at the speaker and my coffee was too watery. I’ll avoid this one for sure.
- CDChris DFeb 19, 20261.0Even after the reopening and remodeling this place is still one of the worst dunkins I have ever been to, The teams they have here are just so unmotivated and just like dead in the eyes and don't care they should have at least five people working at all times otherwise you won't get what you ordered for at least 15 minutes, drive-thru is priority and everybody that comes in has to wait at least 10-15 minutes, I was one of the first 200 to get free coffee for a year which is more like 4 free coffees a month, but that's not even worth it because of how long you have to wait just for a single coffee. It's very sad image for Dunkin with this location. I'd rather go to 72 and 25 go to that dunkin' donuts because it's one of the best ones in the area maybe that owner should teach this owner how to run a Dunkin.

Took our order for Mango refresher, got to the window. Oh sorry out of Mango too! We drove off! If I wanted a coffee I’d order one! I’ve been to Dunkin in Roselle and on Lake, etc. The always have my donut the chocolate long John or Old Fashion! The location needs properly trained staff or the owner should sell his franchise! They always have teens running the store, slow and talk to much to other staff!!
