Rude employees. I asked one of the staff if I could skip two sides in a kids meal and get a small guacamole instead. She said “of course,” but when I got to the cashier I was charged for it. I explained that I skipped two sides in the kids meal for the guac, but her response was simply: “So do you want it or not?”
I ended up paying for it, but the guacamole wasn’t fresh anyway — it was very dark with chunks.
When I got to the car I realized that the chocolate milk for one of the kids meals was missing. I went back inside and the same cashier handed it to me with an angry face — no apology, not even a word.
Unbelievably rude service. First and last time at this location. Save yourself the headache and just go to the location on Schaumburg Rd and Barrington — much better service and nicer people

I was so excited about this Chipotle Mexican Grill location because it’s so close to my house. When we arrived, the place looked nice and clean, so my first impression was positive. Unfortunately, the service was very disappointing.
I was confused about what is included in the kids’ menu, but the two employees didn’t explain anything. They were very unfriendly and just stared at us with what felt like disrespect on their faces. No one even asked if we were planning to eat inside, so all of our food was put into a paper bag.
They also forgot the chocolate milk for my son. When I asked for it, the employee simply handed it to me without saying anything.
On top of that, the quality of the food was not good. I understand paying extra for guacamole when it’s fresh, but ours was very dark and looked old and unappetizing
If you want to pay $11 for a bowl of rice and beans then go to this location, the guy didn’t even add a full spoonful of chicken in the bowl. It’s like they’re rationing the damn chicken or something. I don’t know how these places even stay in business, constantly giving people less but charging more. What a joke.

First time at this location. first time at chipotle in a whileee! This new location is great, a good vibe. shout-out to JENNY!! gave greatttt portions and was so nice. even recommended this new sauce, which I loveddd! THANK YOU JENNY!!
This was one of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered three steak bowls, two with double steak, and barely received one normal scoop total. I specifically asked the employee to make sure the double meat went on the correct bowls, but it was done incorrectly. I then had to add double meat to two bowls that weren’t supposed to have it in the first place.
To make matters worse, I ordered my daughter a kids quesadilla. When I got home and opened the box, there was no quesadilla at all.
I’ve tried repeatedly to contact the restaurant directly, but apparently that’s impossible. You’re forced into a customer service “rabbit hole,” given numbers that don’t work, and representatives who can’t actually connect you to the store. I even had to claim a “lost wallet” just to get transferred, which is ridiculous.
Chipotle charges premium prices, yet I didn’t receive what I paid for. This experience was unacceptable, and the lack of direct accountability from the restaurant only makes it worse.
