  I want to start out by saying the service was good. My issue is that for multiple days in a row I have gone to this location for a steak bowl and was told that they can no longer cook meat after 7:30pm. This makes no sense give they close at 10:00pm. I then ordered chicken and got what I would consider to be half of the usual amount because the employees were told to ration the proteins. The idea that their manager told them to do this to save on food cost blows my mind. As a publicly traded company service of this nature drastically damages their brand. The services provided should be the companies main concern, it is obviously not at this location. At least the service was good and the workers were apologetic. It’s unfortunate that they are trying to provide a positive experience without the tools to do so. Photo for reference to how little chicken I was given.

  Hey there. I make an order. Chicken casadia with 3 sides. Without cheese. After 10 min asked for change for same food but "make it right" . Relieve back only casadia . Not realy happy about that. Poor work coordination.

  Make sure you order in person and not online. I ordered a bowl with double rice, double beans, double meat, and double cheese and they didnt double anything. It looks like half portions of everything so make sure you go in and watch them make it so you dont pay extra for less

  This specific chipotle is bad, avoid it. Employees never refill the utensils and they give out portions like we're in the great depression. I bought chips here once as well and ill share a picture of how many chips were in the bag.

  I was so excited about this Chipotle Mexican Grill location because it’s so close to my house. When we arrived, the place looked nice and clean, so my first impression was positive. Unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. I was confused about what is included in the kids’ menu, but the two employees didn’t explain anything. They were very unfriendly and just stared at us with what felt like disrespect on their faces. No one even asked if we were planning to eat inside, so all of our food was put into a paper bag. They also forgot the chocolate milk for my son. When I asked for it, the employee simply handed it to me without saying anything. On top of that, the quality of the food was not good. I understand paying extra for guacamole when it’s fresh, but ours was very dark and looked old and unappetizing
