  11/12 12:45 messed up my drive through order bad, no receipt. I got chicken nuggets instead of tenders, large fries instead of a basket, no chicken wrap, no ketchup.

  Couldn't get the app to load. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes and was completely ignored even though the manager saw me. Eventually she told me she couldn't take my order because I wasn't doing a mobile order and I was just going to have to wait. So I left with nothing. 0/10.

  Worst customer service I been waiting in line for an 45 min just to order already pass my lunch these people see I’m waiting and act like there busy hire a Cash register person if these guys are to scared to do there job didn’t even get to get lunch last time i come here

  This is without a doubt the slowest McDonalds I have ever been to. Being off the highway you would think they wouldn’t be. Also, I know this is a bit dramatic, they owe me like 6 monopoly game pieces, and I hate them.

  The woman taking my order did not understand me very well at all. I asked for a number 9 on a biscuit instead of a bagel and she asked me what kind of biscuit? I thought McDonald's only had one kind of biscuit then she asked me what I would like to drink and I said a large orange juice some how she got large orange soda. When they tried to give me the large orange soda with my BREAKFAST and I said that's not what I ordered the guy tells me that's what it says on the ticket I told him that's not my problem. There is a reason why these people need to learn English when they come to this country. Bad experience and they liked at me like I'm the one who was wrong. What's wrong with this picture? I'm tired of being liked down on when I grew up in this country and had to learn the language. Are they trying to say the school was wrong for teaching it to me my whole life? Very disappointed this is what this country is coming to and people are fighting to keep it this way let alone make it worse.
