  Never Never Never returning! Ordered 2 milkshakes at about 2:30 in the afternoon and paid. We pulled into the drive-thru lane but the 3 cars in front of us did not move at all for 10 minutes. I assumed they had ordered meals. I just wanted two milkshakes. So I went inside to see if it would be quicker. There were two people waiting on the order they had placed. One woman was waiting to place her order. She offered to let me step ahead of her. With gratitude . . . I did. Placed my two chocolate milkshake order . . . paid and stepped back. Then . . . the server took the gracious woman's order for a strawberry sundae . . . which she immediately preparedt and gave it to her. I was optimistic. Perhaps I would get out quicker than the drive thru. NOPE. What I had not seen is that the Server had been holding tickets for no less than 20 orders ahead of mine. She pulled the tickets off the printer . . . they stretched twice as tall as herself . . . she tried to count them . . . but . . . it was overwhelming. She tore and sorted the tickets to the prep stations and finally began filling orders . . . one at a time . . . and then . . . she walked outside . . . carrying one order out at a time . . . to find the customer in the picnic area. Based on her pace, I calculated my wait to be over an hour. We were simply stopping for milkshakes on our way home with groceries. She never warned me . . . she never apologized . . . just took my money and didn't say a thing about the wait time. I waited over twenty minutes more. Our order had not come up on the screen. So . . . we left. Even though I had paid and would get NOTHING Never Never again.

  I ordered some chicken strip basket and I ordered a sandwich.And showed pictures of my food that I just got the night prior and asked them if they could just remake my food and they wanted to act like I'm lying to them. I've never been treated with so much disrespect in my life would never go back to this place ever you put your customers first and you don't treat them like they're criminals for them. Messing up your food. That's insane.I would never go back to this place and I would never recommend it to nobody get your life together.People, you don't treat your customers like that ever in my life.Do you customers like that?The other ones that make sure you still have a business.If you don't have customers , you don't have a business

  They need more than 3 workers at a time. I waited a long time to even be waited on for them to take my order. Then waited forever to get my food as well.

  Practically nothing healthy on the menu. No wonder our nation has an obesity epidemic. Everything is fried in unhealthy seed oils. No grilled chicken options. Not impressed. Great service. Clean. Had a salad with a hamburger patty w. honey mustard dressing. Tasty, but it was a stretch.
