  First they messed my order. Service is slow and somebody forgot to clean their hands and now I have stomach ache.. make your employees clean before working with food.

  Since i’ve recently been going to this McDonalds here in Vandalia, Illinois for the last couple years now, they have always gotten my orders 100% correct, the service is always pretty fast, and i’ve not been disappointed! Also the employees have always been very friendly and fast with their service! I’m content! Will definitely keep coming back!

  Me and my family stopped in just to stretch our legs and get some ice cream. I placed my order on the app and asked for tableside service, which I didnt get. They said they couldn't do it due to being busy, which they were, but they were not busy enough to bring in another couples order who had come in behind us. We waited 20 mins and heard last call for mcflurries, and a milkshake. When my dad told them we had tableside service they told us what I mentioned above about being busy. Doubt I will go back to this Mcdonald’s and time soon.

  They brought an incomplete order with the payment. When I asked, they brought it with a dissatisfied face and threw it on the table.
