  The team here is so great! Especially the guys that were here. I walked in and I asked the manager if anybody there knew anything about cars because my car had just died in the parking lot and I needed a jump. The manager literally turned around and said “hey who’s got jumper cables” and like a dozen guys were like “I think I do! I can help!” And I’m so grateful for you guys because I don’t have friends and family out here. That made me feel so welcomed and cared about and this Portillo‘s is now officially my favorite place to come to. Special shout out to Joseph for pulling up his car and giving me a jump and letting me know that it could also be my alternator and not my battery and thank you to all of the guys that raised their hands and offered to help and the guys that came outside to see if there was anything they could do. You guys are so great and I’m so glad that my car died somewhere where employees truly care about their customers and just about people in general. I wish there was some kind of award I could nominate you guys for. I am forever grateful! Portillo’s, you should be very proud of these employees at this location! Stellar customer service!!!

  Food was good, but restaurant overall was dirty, tables were not clean, I saw a janitorial guy just talking and not doing his cleaning job, it was sad to see the level of careless about keep the place clean.

  We went through drive through on. 04.11 26 at 11pm. We are not from the area and not familiar with menu. We asked if they offer Sundaes. Told no. What shakes were offered. My husband started reading the menu if the shakes to me and the staff member didn't turn her mic off and we heard her say, "OH MY GOD" because we were not fast enough with placing the order. Then when we drove up to pay, she was super friendly. Yeah girl, we heard what you said. The shakes were delicious but we didn't need the attitude.

  I bought the new spicy chicken salad and it said it included chicken, noodles and bacon. The salad had very few pieces of chicken. I found 2 pastas in it and no bacon. I was really upset this happened since I have never had any issues in portillos

  I had a great experience at Portillo's. It was my first time there and the food was fresh and flavorful, especially the Italian beef sandwich and chicken tender(kids menu). The staff was friendly and the service was quick even though it was busy. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was fun. But they have to take care of the restroom it was dirty. For the food I would definitely come back!
