    Stopped here for a sweet treat but probably should have gone elsewhere. The lady was snippy and my sundae was lacking. I don’t see why vanilla ice cream with a tiny amount of hot fudge is $8. I could go to Culver’s and get better for cheaper. Nothing special and won’t be coming back.

    I love coming here to get my triple chocolate shakes. The price has gone up significantly along with other items on the menu. This visit will be the only time I pay $10 for a milkshake. 🙄🙄

    Went there to get my free scoop of ice cream for my birthday. The lady in drive thru was very nice. She also let me know that I have more rewards that I didn’t know of.

    We went through the drive thru around 6pm tonight. We ordered a large strawberry malt and a single scoop hot fudge sundae with chopped nuts. $21.73! The malt was as expected. The picture is my sundae (admittedly with a few bites out of the one side where the spoon is). $10 for that? With maybe 20 tiny little nut pieces? Absolutely outrageous. I'd be fine if there was a decent amount of toppings, but this was crazy. They bill themselves as a premium product. They charge premium prices. I'm fine with all of that as long as what I receive is actually premium. This was not.

    The bathrooms could be a lot clearer unfortunately it smelled of urine and there was pee in the toilets.. also the seats were old and ratty. If a restaurant can’t keep the bathrooms clean, why would they keep the kitchens clean? I brought my kiddo in to use the bathroom and wanted to get some ice cream after but because of that we left instead. I’ve been to other locations and had good experiences but unfortunately this one was not. If it was just one staff member working I could see the bathroom being dirty but there were three staff members.
