    The food was just edible. Not enjoyable. Quality has gone way down. And prices are ridiculous, even raised more than most fast food recently. As well, my chicken sandwich was small way smaller than it used to be. Pretty much a hair bigger then the jr sandwich, didn't present well and didn't taste great. Seams it's shrunk and the chicken quality isn't what it used to be. We drove through and I was highly annoyed that they now don't even give you a person to order with. And this ai voice said to take my time when I needed a minute. I said thank you and it said thank you for your order. On the screen it showed nothing ordered and a total of $0 and to pull up. I had to tell it I wasn't done ordering then a person came on.

    We pulled in line 30 minutes before close, waited in line and made it to the speaker at 12:02. They told us they wouldn’t take our order and refused to move cars to let us out of the drive through. We had to wait an additional 12 minutes to get out of the drive through. Terrible service

    This place is a joke. The manger that worked Friday October 24 at 12:30 needs to really learn customer service and not let the manager title go to her head. This is the last time I will go here.

    Wendy's fell off. They've got a crummy AI taking orders at the drive through speaker. The first time I came the thing couldn't answer my questions. The second time I came, my classic chicken sandwich had no crunch at all. Just soft breading.

    They introduced a new text to speech drive through that got out large order wrong in so many ways we couldn’t count. The staff didn’t care and wasn’t going to help us make it right. Don’t go to this Wendy’s
