A disrespectful girl said she had to charge me. I showed her that I bought nuggets and did not see why I had to pay extra for sauce. She said that she had to charge me extra as the bbq did not come up on her screen. Another customer is telling her to just give me the sauces for my nuggets as why would I pay extra if I ordered nuggets. She still refuses and I said to her it did not make sense that I have to pay extra only cuz her screen was not showing the sauces I wanted for the nuggets I bought. The girl raised her voice and All the other staff turned around a guy came over and I told him that I bought nuggets and she was trying to charge me he had no solution. I ended up Leaving with no sauce for the 20 nuggets I bought. Honestly it’s a joke. They have a bunch of disrespectful kids working here. Step it up and hire polite people who actually are willing to work and assist customers correctly and politely. Also this girl has really long hair it that she was not wearing a hair net.
