The 1st. time that Elizabeth help me, I got the few minutes to the schedule pick up frame, she said you have to come at the time of your pick up order was scheduled for... The 2nd. time as always place my order ahead of time, as I got Elizabeth greet at me and I said hi!, but I went straight down to wash my hands as I was walking to the restroom... she raised her voice saying THE RESTROOM IS FOR CUSTOMER ONLY, so I told her I am a costumer my lady... Her attitude seems to be agressive and not accurate to take care of customers. I do leave cash tips every time I got my orders but this two times that her service and attitude was not good at all..

Today I ordered and received my sandwich disguised by the way it was made . When I called to speak to manager she was very rude and disrespectful and hung up on me .
