  The food was good, however the service was not. There was a balloon artist going around to all the tables & we waited patiently, even asked the manager if he could come make a balloon for my 3yo. I watched the balloon artist walk past our table at least 3 times without even acknowledging us. We even sat there for a good minute after eating to see if he would come over & nope. The server also was not attentive not sure if it was because it was “busy” but we really felt singled out as the only black family in the restaurant.

  My youngest got upset when I had to bring my toddler to the potty. Our server Jordan stepped in and helped calm her down by pointing out all the animals. She was so sweet and attentive! Even brought a little birthday cupcake since we were out celebrating our oldest’s birthday! Amazing service and great server! Thank you so much!

  Went to one in disney and loved every minute of it took our children and grandchildren, we had an anniversary party together. Everyone had a great time. Everyone was so attentive to your needs.Menu was fantastic, also have kids menu.We need to keep places like this open lots of family fun,time well shared.

  Took our 4 kids here because I used to go here as a kid. It was the first time they have been. Very kid friendly environment and fun for the kids to take part in. So many animals to look at and keep them busy while waiting for food. Would have been nice to see more main dishes with vegetarian options for adults. The kids menu had a good selection of options and I like that they have photos of items so kids can look at options who can’t read yet. Our safari guide, Colleen, was a pro. She was great with our kids, talking to them directly, and was quick to bring things to our table as needed.

  My family and I had always wanted to dine at a Rainforest Cafe. The atmosphere of course did not disappoint. Even as an adult I enjoyed eating amongst the tigers and elephants. Colleen was our server and she was absolutely so sweet. We were very indecisive and she gave us some helpful recommendations. I wish we had photos to share but we ate so fast. The kids had the sirloin skewers which was daughter absolutely devoured. My husband had the bbq ribs, which we all agreed we'd get if we had a next time opportunity. I ordered the jerk chicken pasta. I liked how it was saucy, but I think it came off a little too salty or peppery for me. I still ate it because it was creamy and delicious. Thank you Colleen for such a pleasant experience.
