  Place is always awesome to look at and dine in. The kids had a blast! Food was ok for the price but I guess some of it is for the price of ambiance. Our waitress Karla, however, was the cherry on top. She was amazing. Best costomer service in a long time for a restaurant-we literally needed nothing because she kept up with our big table. You guys should have her do the training! Definitely coming back to have her wait on us! What a great time

  If I could give a zero I would, this is the worst place that I’ve ever eaten at. Not only is this a horrible dining experience and horrible food, but the customer service is even worse. If you would like to experience a horrible night and be sick all day the next day, then this is the perfect place for that. The manager is extremely horrible, she is not only rude, but she also does not care about you or anyone else, whatever you ask for she will not help you. Not only will I not go back, but I also will tell everyone I know not to come here.

  Loved the food and experience but it's a bit pricey considering what you're getting. Nice for families to entertain your kids while enjoying dinner. There's also an independent contractor who is a balloon maker that goes around asking if your kids would like a custom made balloon and they only accept tips because of this. Nice guy I have no complaints about it. Only reason I'm giving Rainforest Cafe 4 stars is because I feel like this was a bit overpriced for what we got and honestly this is mostly for the experience. Otherwise this place is fine. I only say this because the next day my wife and I went to go eat at an upscale restaurant in Libertyville and the cost was the same as eating here lol. So make what you will with that haha.

  I came here for dinner around 5pm on a Friday with a party of 5. I got the Jungle Steak and Shrimp, which came with steak, coconut shrimp, and shrimp scampi, with seasonal vegetables. In this case green beans, mushrooms, and onions. I ordered my steak medium. It was perfectly cooked and very juicy. I'm not a fan of onions but that's a personal preference. The coconut shrimp was sweet and crunchy, with a sweet sauce as well that paired nicely. The shrimp scampi was good as well. The server, Philomena, was very nice and was attentive to our table. I would come back and request her If you're not a fan of animatronics with noises, or are sensitive flashing lights from the "lightning", I would not recommend coming here.

  Our experience at Rainforest Cafe was amazing!! Our waitress Colleen was so sweet, considerate, & positive. We mentioned that it was my birthday and my son at the end of the month (yes, same day!) & even though we didn’t ask for any dessert, she still brought us 2 cupcakes to celebrate! Also, in the beginning since we waited a bit for our waitress (it was very busy) the manager offered us a free appetizer. The manager & waitress treated us so nicely & really made our experience the best! We really appreciate their positivity, & service. Can’t wait to come back!! The best experience ever!!!!!! Wow, what a dedicated, professional team you all are. Thank you for making it extra special for my family and I.
