- JJJ'NaeFeb 26, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Pizza Hut location. I placed an $80+ delivery order at 7:26 PM. The store does not close until 9:00 PM, and the estimated delivery time was 25–35 minutes. I specifically placed the order during that window because I was leaving a water park with my four children at 8:00 PM and timed it so dinner would be ready when we got home. The order was never delivered. No one called. No one texted. No email update. No communication whatsoever. When I arrived at the store at 9:03 PM, the doors were locked. An employee opened the door and informed me they were closed. I explained that I had a delivery order that never arrived, and she told me it had been canceled because they didn’t have drivers. When I asked why no one contacted me, her response was, “I was going to, but I forgot.” To make matters worse, my food was sitting on the counter inside the store. I had four hungry kids, spent almost $100, had to go out in the cold after getting out of the pool, and still had to figure out dinner at the last minute. Now I’m also waiting up to 7 business days for my refund. The lack of communication and basic customer courtesy is unacceptable. If you cannot fulfill delivery orders, customers deserve to be notified immediately — not left waiting and stranded. Very disappointing experience.
