- MBMatthew BDec 8, 20251.0The dirtiest Panera Bread that I've ever been to. I visited at 10am on a Sunday morning. Many of the booth seats are ripped apart. In the same image of the torn booth seats you can see how dirty the floors are. This restaurant clearly didn't even clean up at shift end the previous night or even bother to clean in the morning hours. In another image I posted you can see the dust/dirt buildup in the air vents but most disgusting is the 1/2 inch thick dust on the lighting and pipes sitting on top of them. In the last image two of the napkin dispensers where empty and not replenished. Also noticed a lot of grime building up around the floor to wall edges. I could only imagine how disgusting the kitchen is. My recommendation would be to have management replaced and have employees retrained on housekeeping. Just plain disgusting. No excuses can be made by management. If management reads this, you should be embarrassed at yourself. -thank you!

Food had dark brown avocados and when i ask for a replacement sandwich without avocados they still give me more brown avocado. This is the dirtiest restaurant i have seen in a long time and i travel a lot.
