I understand it's not made in store, but come on. There's definitely a procedure in place to make sure the food is heat up correctly, which they most definitely do not follow. Its just odd because they use to have some really good days. My wild rice and chicken soup is nice and hot, mac as well. But that, is extremely rare nowadays. Hoping you guys improve on being more consistent.
