- VCVeronica CollinsFeb 3, 20262.0On Sunday, February 1, 2026, we dinned in. First things first, the manager kept making his rounds but never came over to discuss our concern. At one point, he saw my husband signal for the server and still nothing. If he had come over we would have been able to tell him that the side I ordered with my food came before the appetizer! When the appetizer came, boy did we get a surprise, very undercooked chicken that my husband bit into. Thank God I didn't. I would still be sick to my stomach today if I had. Photo attached. My hubby ordered asparagus with parmesan cheese. When it came there was no parm. I was shocked to see the server actually bring a plate to the table to take the asparagus that was on his plate back to have parmessan cheese melted atop the already cooked and served asparagus. My Husband added a lobster tail and asked for it to be grilled. When it came boy was that little bitty thing over over cooked. It was tough as ever. The server said, oh yeah, we prep our lobster for steaming not grilling! That would have been wonderful to know. All inclusive all, we had some hiccups which happens, but the lack of acknowledgement on behalf of the manager was troubling.
