I went there for the first time and to be honest I really wasn't impressed. Our orders were wrong we got a medium well and a medium steaks when we ordered medium rare, also one of the sides was wrong, for sweet potato we said no sugar or cinnamon which were added anyway. The waitress wasn't very attentive, in our one and a half hours there she approached our table only two times. So honestly wasn't the worst experience but neither was it the best or at most mediocre. Texas Roadhouse is much better in my opinion.

On a day where they are supposed to thanking and honoring veterans, it felt more like we were a burden to them. Only 15 minutes after opening, they are already at an hour wait with 15 tables empty due to not staffing enough people. The only smile was from the greeter at the door. I'm very disappointed.

Outback is not my favorite place to go for steak dinners. Something always goes wrong while we are there. The food, sometimes the service... yesterday no different. The quality of myQ $30 steak was horrible. The 13oz Ribeye probably had 5-7oz of fat on it. Now I know it's supposed to have some marbling but this steak was, "let's search for the meat." Asked for medium-had some parts of it wayyy too red! My daughter had to return her steak. Gave her medium instead of medium-well. Quality and quality-control. Just not important anymore!
Now the service was really good. A little slow. But good enough for a busy night. The drinks are why we went there instead of Texas Roadhouse. They were great. The margarita flight! But yeah. No more Outback for me!
Looking for a great steakhouse, anybody with some good suggestions??
