Turns out I step a little farther to the side and see the employee in the back of the store sitting down and sleeping with this eyes closed, not even saying excuse me could get his attention. I will never be returning to this establishment ever again and will give my business to competitor tropical Smoothie.

I waited a few minutes before I tried calling the store - no answer. There was no bell to alert any people in the back. There was no sign explaining if they’d return. Nothing. I guess you just have to stand around and wait forever until someone feels like checking. There were at least 2 other people waiting in line behind me and 2 of us ended up walking away cause it was not worth it. And it seems from the other reviews that this is a common occurrence at this store.
