Increase cook wages and put the Kiosk in for orders so at least that can be done right and it'll greet to some extent. I have always simply trusted the quality and accuracy because Five Guys has been solid in the past. But that's been slipping over the past few years while prices soar up. Guess I'll be doing a QA check as if it's McDonalds or Wendy's from now on. Ridiculous for the price point.

I think its so strange how they feel the need to plaster good reviews of the restaurants all over the walls, the bags, and even in the bathrooms! Maybe they need to send subliminal messages to convince the public that they're good because of how bad they actually are. Take your money and make yourself some better, burgers at home.
