I triple confirm with the staff if that was everything I ordered, and shew her my order, and she said yes. Then she realized she didn’t give me the bottle drinks. After I got to my room, I found she didn’t give me the donuts. I have to get back again for the donuts. She didn’t feel sorry at all, seems like they are making these mistakes all the time. I was rarely this angry.

To start they don’t accept their own proprietary pay method, they were out of refreshers, out of iced coffee, out of breakfast sandwiches, out of donuts. I actually asked them what they DID have. Do yourself a favor and make the 1.5 mile drive to Starbucks or any other Dunkin’ Donuts in the area. Dunkin corporate shouldn’t even allow them to have this franchise.
