I told the server that I requested a frozen, he said that I ordered a latte. I told him next time it would be nice if you can correct the customer on his/her order. He proceeded to shut the drive thru window in my face and walk out. Very nice how well trained the staff is. 1 star!

If you place mobile orders here they’ll absolutely hate you for it and give you attitude. I’ve never had mobile order issues at any dunkin no matter how fast i place the order but they get mad here. Placed a mobile order went to drive through and there was at least 8 cars infront and they still couldn’t manage to make an easy order in that long time. The young girl gave us attitude because they work slow lol… Needs better management and employees. Do better.

Argue with you, they can’t put cream cheese on your bagel. It’s unfortunate because i come here almost daily bc i work close but im just so sick of the customer service at this location on top of pure laziness. Order a twisted bagel and they can’t slice it and add cream cheese? One day they will and the next they don’t.. they charge extras inconsistently. All of the Hispanic women are extremely rude. They look at you like what are you doing here..no good morning or have a nice day! it’s so weird and unwelcoming. Get a different job if you hate working here because this location is just awful!
