    Asked for a booth- was told she had to check with the server first because she was too busy. Host proceeds to seat said server twice, booth tables were greeted before we were. (Sat almost 10 minutes) Our server then informed us that nothing we wanted was available, almost half the menu just not there. Never again.

    Terrible service, unnecessarily long wait times, staff nowhere to be found. I placed an order online for pick up to speed up the process. When I came in to pick up my order, it took 10 minutes for someone to come from the back to greet me and another couple who had already been waiting awhile. There was absolutely no staff to be seen, neither at the bar where there were 2 customers sitting, not even around the table areas, complete ghost town as far as staff goes. No apologies, no acknowledgement of long wait. When I was finally acknowledged, the gentleman went back to check on my order, and I never seen him again. Finally another guy "slow walked" my food up to me, again, no apologies for the wait, no acknowledgement of poor service. French fries were cold and stale. Terrible service.

    Buffalo wild wings in Gurnee…..The food is good but the service is terrible,it takes so long to get the food especially when you order online,they give you a pickup time and when you get there,you need to wait 30 to 40 minutes. They always say that their busy but sometimes the restaurant is not that busy, and if they give you a time they should be ready that’s why people order time ahead. All the pickup parking spots are occupied when nobody is picking up any food.
