- BCB R Y A N CApr 1, 20265.0This location had a high volume of customers at lunch time Sunday although the wait was not long. The foods were fresh, the meats flavorful, juicy. The staff, helpful and efficient. The seating area is a bit bleak but who cares when the food is so good.
- MEMaryo EbrahimMar 28, 20261.0I’ve been to many Chipotle restaurants and Chipotle does seem to have an issue with portioning, but this location’s issues goes far beyond just ridiculously greedy portions. To start, the gentleman that made my order literally gave me barely enough rice to cover the bottom of the bowl. I’ve never had to ask Chipotle employees for more rice. And when it came to protein, he gave me half a spoon worth of chicken. I’m not surprised that he seemed irked that I asked for more. And when I did ask for more, he literally scooped maybe one or two more bits of chicken. At this point, I was weighing the option of me walking out. The cashier lady was also not very pleasant. She wasn’t rude by any means, but she definitely wasn’t very welcoming. We also bought some chips and they were stale. I am definitely disappointed in the service and quality that is being given at this location. I really hope that the general manager at this location takes action, although as I stated, portions are a problem. Chipotle please do better. The way you take care of guests is just as important as the food you’re serving. It’s not just the food, but also how it gets to the customer. Very disappointed.

Customer Care declined to advise of Illinois Department of Health and Safety inspection is current for Gurnee location. Their response from this food safety concern was intially a coupon for a burrito. After another follow-up someone from Customer Care called and was professional.
- FAFaed AbdallahMar 25, 20261.0This is the dirtiest Chipotle I ever been too... since I walked inside the restaurant I saw chips on the floor..tables are dirty...rice and cheese under the tables... food all over the restaurant floor .. rude customer service.. the sloppy smell I was about to throw up... I will never come back again..
