  We waited 1.5-2 hours for the food on this tab. My boyfriend received his food at a reasonable time and decided to wait for my food so we could eat together. 2 different servers came and confirmed my order with me 3-5 times, when I received the food (about an hour after) both the burger and side were not correct, then we had to wait another 30 minutes for the "correct" food to come out which was obviously just reheated, modified, and cold. Our party arrived at about 4:00pm and we did not leave until 6:45! The rest of our party that ordered burgers for the most part got the wrong items as well, after speaking to a manager he claimed to have comped everyone's burgers, but the most that was taken off for almost everyone was $5 (the trp bacon cheeseburger is 16.49.) We received the first round of tabs at 6:09 and the second one at 6:30 due to the items on the tabs also being messed up. We were so sorry for our servers that were obviously irritated, confused, and stressed out. Management has to learn when to step in at some point because waiting hours for 2 burgers and some sides at a place like this is insane especially when 3/4 of the restaurant is empty! Anyway, the food was still pretty good even if it was cold and our servers were trying their best. But management and the cooks in the back need to get it together this sucks for the rest of their staff and everyone who walks in to eat.

  I was visiting with my daughter today and Leah was our server. She was kind and knowledgeable. She answered every question we threw at her perfectly! Leah was even understanding and worked with my daughter's anxieties. It made her feel more comfortable. Next time we visit well definitely be looking for Leah.

  Aliyah was soo nice :), had the best attitude and she helped me out with my pink lemonade now I got super cute pics thank you Aliyah!! 5 stars

  I came to this location Saturday 3/14. I walked in to place a takeout order. The manager directed me to the area. The young lady placed my order and collected my money. I proceeded to wait for my take out order. There was another young lady Caucasian slim with long blonde hair handing out the orders. When it's time for her to hand me my order she asked me did I pay for my order. 1. Why didn't you ask everyone else did they pay for their order 2. Every other order had multiple bags of food and she never verified if they paid for their order. I felt discriminated against and this type of behavior is unacceptable

  Is there a sauce shortage? Wings are always bald. Theres always something missing or wrong with my order. Its wings fries and ranch, how hard could it be. It was way better before the takeover.
