Then, when I came in a round noon today. I dealt with the rudest lady named Lisa. As a pregnant lady, I go to Subway or lot for a meatball sub. Every single time I have ever gone the subway I say I want it on Italian and herb. She put the wrong bread down and I didn't care. But I was like, oh I wanted the Italian and herb. She caught the biggest attitude and corrected me. And said, you said you wanted a Italian, an herb, not Italian, herb and cheese. Every single time I have came to Subway in my entire existence, I have set Italian and herb and not one person has ever gotten it wrong. But now, all of a sudden, I'm dumb, or at least that's how Lisa acted she didn't make eye contact. She ignored me for a couple minutes after I stood at the counter. Didn't acknowledge me and then.Luckily, the young girl working the other counter came over and completed my order.She was much nicer. Lisa should be kept in the back or fired. I have never experienced such a low level of customer service.
