    Building was super dirty, bathroom was disgusting. The floor was super slippery. Kiosks were filthy. Will not return, very disappointing.

    This was the worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's. We came up to IL for an early Christmas from TN and we were heading back home. We thought we'd grab a quick bite to eat and hit the road. It took between 35-40 minutes to get our food. It was not a special order or anything. About the time I was gonna ask for a refund and go elsewhere, they brought our food. The dining room was freezing! Our teeth were chattering while eating! We will never go back to this location.

    Unprofessional staff and disrespectful behavior. Service was slow and incorrect. I understand we were there at peak hours, but there was no need to give poor quality service for that. Not a "customer first" mindset. Seems like other reviews have similar experiences, so this location should be checked out to ensure a more welcoming experience to future customers.

    One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a McDonald’s. Took over 25 minutes for our food, 3 other families came in after us ordered and got their food before we did. Was a to go order but they put it on a tray, thy forgot one of our sandwiches, and the fries were cold. No one apologized for the wait or forgetting our sandwich. We will not be back to this location
