In the early morning the ladies there are super rude, nasty tone like they hate their job. I was even extra nice to see if they would change the attitude and nope . Rude as hell. Never coming here again . Rather go to the one close by in Lake Bluff Foreal .

I don’t even leave reviews , kinda going out of my way to do this one cause I am so offended and disgusted . An OLDER woman who works there often is also rude , nasty and very dismissive to customers . Going through the reviews and seeing others experience this and nothing being done is disheartening. I will be calling the BB and cooperate to see what can be done …. If you don’t like people , how about not working a job that you have to interact with them? Humility and kindness goes a long way. I’d say this whole location needs to be shut down and investigated

I went in to order frozen mint chip chocolate frozen coffee and I got the cookie dough one and it's really good. Not complaining for the wrong coffee but Definitely going to get it again.
