The first I did a mobile for a coffee and a pastry and hasbrowns. I got the coffee and the hasbrowns in the drive thru, but as I went to pull off I realized they forgot the pastry. No big deal, I can go in and grab it real quick. Well I go in and the staff give me attitude like I didn't do my job right. The coffee was terrible that day as well, it was very watered down. So I sent in a feedback and the owner responded and asked if they could fix it by giving me a free drink and pastry to make up for what they messed up. Well today I was going to use that but couldn't find the email and didn't have the time to dig for it, but I decided I'd do another mobile order and get a drink and sandwich. I order on the app and pull up to the drive thru and sit there for a few moments waiting on them to say good morning, or whatever they normally do when a car pulls up, and nothing. So I say hello? No response, so I pull forwards and look inside to see if the lights are on. It looks like they are on so I go to walk inside and doors are locked. This place is terrible and for the amount of business it does, it's on the Naval base and has students running through it nonstop, so for the amount of money it generates they really should have better staff to support the amount of business it generates.
