I wished we lived in this area so that we could visit this store and be greeted by such lovely people! They even surprised us with an extra cookie!! The Thai chicken sandwich was absolutely delicious too. She made recommendations for toppings too and they were perfect!

The employee I interacted with, Nikki (a middle-aged woman with red hair in a bun), matched the previous complaints exactly: rude, inattentive, and flat-out unprofessional. She greeted me with a flat stare and didn’t say a single word throughout the entire interaction—not even a “hello” or “what can I get you.” When I tried to clarify part of my order, she just walked away mid-sentence to restock chips, then came back like nothing happened. She moved at a painfully slow pace, like she was trying to make a point, and acted irritated anytime I asked for a topping. The whole vibe felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer.. If this is the standard of service this location allows, it’s no wonder people are fed up. Between ignored mobile orders, a useless drive-thru, and staff that seem to resent the customers, it’s clear something needs to change. If I could give a zero i would. I genuinely hope management takes action starting with reevaluating Nikki’s position at this store!
