Very disgusting! They racially profile black delivery drivers here. The guy refused to hand me the order and said that I had to show him a completed order. He was very disgusting about it. He said that people had been taking orders. Let me guess, the "people" were ALL BLACK. When I went back to speak with the manager he was laughing. Which i have it all on a video i was recording. I also made Uber aware of the experienceand the video i recorded. Black drivers be aware!

I arrived at 11:50 at the drive-through. You made me wait for 8 minutes and I never got an answer. Calling is useless, apparently the guys decided to close earlier than necessary. Either change the opening hours on Google Maps, or close on time (it says that you close at 12:00).

You made me pull forward to wait for an online order that was checked in 5 minutes before I pulled up, while I was pumping gas. You made me wait so long I had to come in and demand my food that was JUST SITTING THERE. Even better, you didn't even put on the customizations I PAID EXTRA FOR. And then to top it off, you hung up on me FOUR times when I called to get my money back. I will continue calling until you answer the phone and refund me.
