Before going and clicking 10 and then "friendly, fast and helpful" all on her own before submitting it. I didn't even get a chance to say no, but she was most certainly not friendly or fast and made me checkout take longer while I tried to figure out what she was trying to do. Not cool, employees boosting their own ratings like this. This was rude and guarantees to me she is not friendly, fast OR helpful.
