  Staff is friendly and efficient. Things may back up if they are short staffed, but that has rarely happened in my experience. I'm a fan of Dominos pizza, so I'm happy with this place. If you are looking for specialty, gourmet pizza, you'll be less happy.

  I ordered this fully expecting a nostalgic reunion—medium pizzas, legendary garlic crust, and that bold sauce. Unfortunately, the nostalgia did not RSVP at the Grayslake location. Credit where it’s due: the website experience was smooth, and the real-time driver tracker was impressive. A strong opening. However, the pizzas arrived swimming in oil, the crust lacked structure, and both the sauce and cheese tasted… suspicious. Two slices in, I had to call it. The dessert was the lone bright spot. The flavors suggested ingredients that may have overstayed their welcome. The driver was great, but quality control missed the mark here. I would not recommend the pizza at this location. For now, the MLK Road Waukegan spot still holds the crown.

  I ordered 2 large pizzas for carry out. When I went to pick up, the team had given my pizzas to another customer. The choice given to me was to take a refund and leave with no food for dinner for my family, or wait for new pizzas to be made. I chose to wait, obviously. When my new pizzas were done, I was told "at least your pizzas are fresh".....not even an apology for the inconvenience. Horrible customer service.

  Really poor delivery service the delivery driver was so rude and demanded to give her a tip that she will call her manager to ask her if we tip her and keep arguing of how much we tip her
