- BWB WFeb 20, 20261.0I've been coming to this BK for ten years. The same order every time: small hash browns and two croissanwiches with double egg. Ten years of the same order. Now the app doesn't allow the add-on so when I go to the drive thru I remind them of that and have them charge me for the extra egg and they put it on the sandwich. There's a new guy there who has issues. "I can put em in a box for you and you can put em on." "You can't just put them on the sandwich?" "No. I can put them in a box for you." Why don't you just give me a deconstructed whopper and have me put that together too? BK Grayslake, as much as I love me some BK breakfast, there's no way I'm coming back until that "Have it MY way" guy is gone Adios, muchachos. I'm going to mundelein where I know that guy knows what time it is
