  Most of the workers are nice and they know how to actually get your order ride unlike the mc Donald’s on rt 83 thats why Burger King is better

  This location is good. The food from there is good. The food presentation is a little lacking. It is messy when you open it from the wrapper. I know a guy who used to work there back in the 90's. He was the Store Manager, and he was the best. He ran a tight ship! I forgot his first name, but I think he has the same last name as me. Oh, it was my husband! LOL Anyway, they could use a little shaping up. But not that bad overall.

  I've been coming to this BK for ten years. The same order every time: small hash browns and two croissanwiches with double egg. Ten years of the same order. Now the app doesn't allow the add-on so when I go to the drive thru I remind them of that and have them charge me for the extra egg and they put it on the sandwich. There's a new guy there who has issues. "I can put em in a box for you and you can put em on." "You can't just put them on the sandwich?" "No. I can put them in a box for you." Why don't you just give me a deconstructed whopper and have me put that together too? BK Grayslake, as much as I love me some BK breakfast, there's no way I'm coming back until that "Have it MY way" guy is gone Adios, muchachos. I'm going to mundelein where I know that guy knows what time it is
