I had to wait over 30 minutes for my food even though it stated it was ready on the app. The worker said my food wasn't ready when I came in to pick it up. Turns out they had my food ready the ENTIRE time and it was just sitting in a bag labeled with someone else's name. This was during a slow time as well and there was literally no one there. I got two things and that was it.
