It would be great to actually get everything we pay for ! Didn't get our chips with either meal tonight or last time we ordered. Didn't get the pickle we paid extra for.

Horrible horrible horrible customer service. Asked for the toasted sandwich to be taken out a little sooner since my SEVEN YEAR OLD doesn’t eat burnt sandwiches (who WOULD) ??? They told me they couldn’t take it out sooner??? I told them Nevermind don’t toast it I’ll do it at home since they can’t take it out sooner. They got the manager and asked if it would be ok. ( YALL ITS LESS TIME IN THE OVEN AND WITH ME A CUSTOMER!!!!!) they said ‘ok we can try but if this was a lunch rush we wouldn’t be able to do it ‘ LOL 😂 what????? Lost a customer for life and will be telling others to NOT go to this not freaky fast Jimmy johns.
